Veggies: 1/2 Onion (rings), 1 can (10 oz) Sliced black olives, 1 can (4.5 oz) Sliced mushrooms.
The Cheese: 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella, 1 cup shredded Cheddar.
Instructions
Prep & Brown: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; add pepperoni and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, stir in pizza sauce, and remove from heat.
Create the Bubbles: Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the dough pieces evenly in the bottom of your baking dish.
Layering: Spread the meat sauce mixture over the raw biscuits. Top with onion rings, olives, and mushrooms.
